Easy Valentine’s Day Fudge

A Sweet Treat for Your Loved Ones: This Valentine’s Day Fudge is a no-bake, easy-to-make dessert that’s perfect for showing your affection. With a creamy white chocolate base and a hint of sugar cookie, it’s adorned with festive sprinkles and a drizzle of white almond bark.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips 🍫
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix 🍪
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 🥛
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter 🧈
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
  • ½ cup Valentine’s sprinkles (divided) 💖
  • 4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate 🍬

Directions:

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat on medium, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles. Mix well.
  4. Pour fudge into the baking dish, smooth it out, and press remaining sprinkles on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  5. Once hardened, remove from the dish, cut into pieces, and drizzle melted almond bark over the fudge.
