Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cups potatoes, diced into ½ inch pieces
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
Brown the ground beef with onion in a skillet; drain excess grease.
Transfer beef and onion to the slow cooker.
Add diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese in the last 30 minutes, if using.
Stir well before serving.
