Ingredients

– 2 lbs Ground Beef 🥩
– 1 Cup Onion, sliced 🧅
– 3 lbs Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced 🥔
– 1 tsp Paprika 🌶
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 🧄
– 3 Cups Sharp Cheese, shredded 🧀
– 3/4 Cup Beef Broth 🍲
– 1 Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 🥫
– Salt and Pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Grease the slow cooker and layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
4. Spread the cheddar cheese soup over the potatoes and mix gently.
5. Add a layer of half of the onions, cooked ground beef, seasoning mix, and shredded cheese.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, onions, beef, seasonings, and cheese.
7. Pour the beef broth evenly over the top of the layers in the slow cooker.
8. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
