Easy Cherry Pie Bites

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Pie Crust

Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles that will fit into your muffin tin.

Step 3: Line the Muffin Tin

Place each pie crust circle into the cups of the muffin tin, pressing gently to fit the crust into the bottom and up the sides.

Step 4: Fill the Crusts

Spoon in cherry pie filling into each pie crust, filling them about three-quarters full.

Step 5: Add the Topping

Using the remaining pie crust, cut out smaller strips or shapes to create a lattice or decorative topping over the cherry filling.

Step 6: Bake the Pie Bites

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown.

Step 7: Cool and Serve

Once done, allow the pie bites to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
